"My scholarship means a lot to me. It gave me the opportunity to study and play my favorite sport at the same time. Moreover, it allows me to study in the United States, to learn a new culture and a new language. I am so thankful to be part of a team with teammates from all over the world. I am thankful to be a student-athlete, and to have access to a lot of amenities (gym, practice area etc.). My scholarship impacts my entire life. I would like to play professional golf and having a scholarship to be on the team is so good for my future. Without my scholarship, I do not think I could be here. Being a Bobcat has created so many unforgettable memories for me. I am very happy to be here!"

"A scholarship means opportunity to me. After my father's passing, I did not want my mother to have sole responsibility in paying my college tuition. I wanted to find a way to take a load off her shoulders and this scholarship means that I will be able to help my family out. It is also an opportunity for me to experience a different culture. I am thankful to be able to pursue a sport that is not as recognized in my home country. The support that is given to golf in the United States is tremendous and I'm grateful for being given the chance to be part of this community. My parents are always there for me and help me anyway they can, and they would be paying for my education if it wasn't for this scholarship.
